Free international delivery on all prints.

Average Dispatch Time

There is a 7 day cancellation period, before orders are sent to our production partner.

This is followed by a production period of up to 6 days.

As a result of the cancellation and production period, dispatch of any completed orders can take up an average 16 days.

Average Delivery Time

International delivery times, take an average of 6 working days following dispatch.

Further Information

All goods will be dispatched using insured services, that offer international tracking, tracking information will be provided following dispatch.

While Reactive Light will make every effort to process deliveries in the timescale specified, on occasion there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a delay, your order will be prioritised and any delays minimised where possible.

If a security/border check is required, Reactive Light may need to supply additional information, if Reactive Light requires this information from the purchaser, the purchaser will be contacted to request this information, in this event delivery will be delayed, until the required information can be provided.

If Reactive Light is unable to acquire the additional information required, the sale will be cancelled and a refund processed, minus any cost associated with the purchase that Reactive Light may have incurred.

If you fail to accept delivery of the goods at the agreed time, Reactive Light may charge you for the reasonable costs of storage, insurance and re-delivery, and any associated risk to the goods, shall immediately pass to you as the purchaser, also as the purchaser you irrevocably authorise Reactive Light to cancel the purchase without refund, if the acceptance of delivery has not occurred within six months of the purchase.

Reactive Light does not provide compensation for late deliveries.

Returns

Reactive Light only accepts the return of goods, that are damaged, have manufacturing defects or are incorrectly dispatched.

Please Note – Reactive Light does not issue refunds, or credits on returns.

Damaged, Defective and Incorrect Goods

If your item arrives damaged, has manufacturing defects, or is incorrect, you need to send us an image of the damage, defect, or incorrect item and the shipping container, to request a return please use the form within the contact page, we will email you with instructions of how to proceed.

Return requests must be requested within 14 days of receipt. If Reactive Light agrees to the goods being returned, an RMA will be issued to the purchaser, for the return of goods.

Once Reactive Light has received the returned goods, the returned goods will be inspected by the artist, the artist will determine the viability of the return request.

In the event Reactive Light accepts responsibility for damaged, defective, or incorrectly dispatched goods, replacements will be issued direct to the purchaser, following normal delivery processes.

In the event a third party is responsible, Reactive Light will submit a claim directly to the third party, to recover the costs of a replacement, once costs are recovered, a replacement will be issued to the purchaser, following normal delivery processes. The purchaser is responsible for all cost associated with the return of goods, Reactive Light recommends that all returns use a trackable and insured delivery service, as Reactive Light does not accept responsibility of goods during delivery or return processes.

If the artist rejects the return, the purchaser will be contacted, and the goods returned to the purchasers agreed address, the purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with the returning of goods to the agreed delivery address, and goods will not be dispatched until delivery costs are paid in full.

Cancellations

As goods are purchased at a distance, you have the right to cancel your purchase of the goods, within 7 days of the purchase, following the 7-day period, goods will be sent for production, as goods are produced separately for each purchase, the right to cancel expires after 7 days.

If your request is processed within 7 days of the purchase, a full refund will be issued within 14 days of the cancellation, except where costs arise for which Reactive Light is responsible.
